Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful payment. Please verify the date, time, and booking details before confirming your booking.

Slot Schedule

Timings

Players must arrive on time. The booked slot starts and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrival will not extend the booking.

Arrival Advisory: We advise teams to reach Lord's 360 at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your booked kickoff time. This allows sufficient time for check-in, warm-up, and ensuring maximum uninterrupted pitch time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the specified notice period to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. No refund will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for applicable timelines and conditions.

Modifications

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Rescheduling is not guaranteed. Management may modify or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Turf Rules

To ensure high performance, player safety, and maintain our premium FIFA-grade surface, all players and guests must strictly adhere to the following rules:

Proper sports footwear suitable for turf activities must be worn.

Accountability

Damage & Misconduct

Any damage to the turf, equipment, or property caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct will be charged to the responsible individual, person, or team.

Disclaimer & Safety

Safety & Liability

Players participate at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, management shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during use of the turf, or for issues arising from negligence, improper conduct, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Force Majeure

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of heavy rain, unsafe weather, power failure, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, management may reschedule, modify, or cancel the booking as appropriate.

Financial Processing

Payments & Refund Processing

All payments must be completed through the app. Eligible refunds will be processed within 2 business days, subject to applicable payment gateway processing timelines.

Data Privacy

User information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with service providers or other parties where necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable law.

Team Responsibility

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all players in their group comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Administration

Management Rights

Management reserves the right to refuse, modify, suspend, or terminate a booking in cases of misconduct, rule violations, unsafe behaviour, misuse of facilities, or unforeseen circumstances. Management may also modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
